Looking to step up your tech support career in the AdTech space? We are hiring an Advanced Technical Support Specialist to help clients optimize their Ads integrations, debug complex APIs, and master server-to-server data tracking.
URGENT HIRING: Candidates must be immediately available for a October 26 start date. We are running a fast-tracked, direct recruitment process this week
What We Are Looking For
- Education: College Graduate / Bachelor’s degree holder (preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field).
- Experience: 1 year of experience in backend product support, ad tech engineering support, or technical integrations (BPO or SaaS support background is preferred).
- SQL & API Expertise: Strong SQL skills for data debugging and deep familiarity with reading APIs, webhooks, and server-side tracking payloads.
- AdTech Knowledge: Direct exposure to advertising platforms like TikTok Ads Manager, Facebook Ads, or Google Ads, including an understanding of pixel tracking, attribution models, and conversion tracking.
What You Will Do
- Technical Troubleshooting: Serve as the premium point of contact for clients via live chat, email, and ticketing systems, ensuring rapid resolution times.
- API & Integration Debugging: Guide clients through Pixel setup, Events API integration, and server-to-server (S2S) tracking. Analyze API request/response logs and debug payload errors (JSON).
- Data Analysis: Write and execute SQL queries to diagnose tracking discrepancies, analyze conversion data, and build performance troubleshooting reports.
- Engineering Escalation: Partner closely with backend engineering and product teams to identify root causes of API failures, providing detailed logs and error analysis.
