Talent Sourcing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage multiple Sourcing Channels: Responsible for sourcing talent through various platforms including media, job boards, referrals, vendor management, alumni networks, job caravans, non-campus job fairs, and other alternative channels.
- Develop and Implement Sourcing Strategies: Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies, including promotional campaigns, to attract target talent markets, leveraging various channels and creative approaches to increase engagement and interest.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the cost and spend on the assigned function group, ensuring efficient allocation of budget, resources and maximizing ROI on talent acquisition activities.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize analytics and metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make informed decisions to optimize recruitment efforts.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on sourcing and leads generation. Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Hybrid Work Arrangement: Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation).
- Minimum Skills to Hire/Must Haves:
- At least four (4) years of recruitment experience.
- Strong experience in sourcing and multiple channel management.
- Experience in managing P&L and budgeting for recruitment activities is a must.
- Experience in using recruitment tools such as Workday is a strong preference, other technology to enhance sourcing efforts is good to have.
