In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Software Developer you'll participate in many aspects of the software development lifecycle, such as design, code implementation, testing, and support. You will create software that enables your clients' hybrid-cloud and AI journeys. Your primary responsibilities include:

  1. Proficient Software Development with Microsoft Technologies: Demonstrate expertise in software development using Microsoft technologies, ensuring high-quality code and efficient application performance.
  2. Collaborative Problem-Solving and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to understand product requirements and challenges, proactively addressing issues through analytical problem-solving and strategic software solutions.
  3. Agile Learning and Technology Integration: Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies, eagerly embracing continuous learning and integrating newfound knowledge to enhance software development processes and product features.
Required Education

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Hands-on experience in .NET Core and C#
  • Experience in web application maintenance
  • Very good in Object Oriented Programming skill
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
  • You should be amenable to work on a client-based schedule (dayshift, mid-shift, night-shift) and IBM sites in Quezon City (Eastwood and/or UP Ayala Technohub) or Cebu.
