Role Overview:

This position is responsible for leading the Supply Chain Global Business Services (GBS) Centre in Manila, ensuring efficient, consistent, and reliable service delivery. The GBS team handles key operational supply chain functions, including Planning, Source-to-Contract, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, Logistics, and Fulfillment, supporting global business operations.

Beyond operations, this role also oversees non-operational functions such as continuous improvement, transition support, performance excellence, quality and analytics, as well as people management and office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and oversight for the Supply Chain Shared Services team in Manila, growing the team from 60 to 160+ members.

  • Represent Supply Chain in the GBS Manila Leadership Team, fostering employee engagement and a strong "One GBS" culture.

  • Drive change, standardization, and continuous improvement within regional supply chain functions, including planning and procurement operations.

  • Support the implementation of GBS and Global Supply Chain strategic initiatives, including transition planning and future-state design.

  • Identify process standardization and efficiency opportunities, collaborating with regional supply chain teams.

  • Work closely with key stakeholders to assess business requirements for supply chain technology, systems, and processes.

  • Lead workflow, process, and technology changes in partnership with regional and global supply chain leaders.

  • Monitor and report on SLAs and KPIs, ensuring adherence to service objectives and identifying risks and opportunities.

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business to drive the benefits of a centralized supply chain function.

  • Manage talent development, succession planning, and performance management for the team.

  • Promote a customer-centric approach, driving service excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Leverage emerging trends and technologies to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, strategy, and leadership, preferably within a shared services environment.

  • Strong ability to influence and collaborate with global stakeholders on service levels, implementation, and process improvement.

  • Proven track record in driving integrity and high ethical standards across teams.

  • Experience in international supply chain operations, particularly in an SAP environment.

  • Leadership experience, managing teams either directly or indirectly.
