Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Manage and coordinate the interview process, including scheduling and feedback collection.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance.
