Sr. Operations Representative
Responsibilities:
  1. Account Servicing: Listens attentively to customers in order to address issues/questions responsibly; Updates account information, as requested by the customer; Transfers the customer to the appropriate department, as needed.
  2. Functional Knowledge: Displays expertise in product and service knowledge; Understands and adheres to company policies and procedures.
  3. Training: Completes and passes assessment of the required web-based training (WBT) within timelines to prevent potential job risks.
  4. Servicing: Handles incoming calls to provide customers credit card usage information, verification of payment, online technical support, and assists customers with other account-related concerns.
Basic Qualifications:
  • College Level, Completed a Short Course or High school graduates.
  • Must have at least 2 years BPO experience (voice profile, any account) OR 1 year minimum of card or fraud retail experience.
  • Proficient system navigation and multi-tasking skills.
  • Fluent in English and excellent conversational skills.
  • Must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
  • Must be willing to work on shifting schedules primarily during Night Shift.
  • Must be willing to work in an office-based setup.
