Company Overview:

Theoria Medical is a comprehensive medical group and technology company dedicated to serving patients across the care continuum with an emphasis on post-acute care and primary care. Theoria serves facilities across the United States with a multitude of services to improve the quality of care delivered, refine facility processes, and enhance critical relationships. We offer a broad scope of services including multispecialty physician services, telemedicine, remote patient monitoring, and more. We currently operate primary care clinics and provide medical services to skilled nursing facilities in numerous states across the nation.

Theoria is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Engineer to join our Software Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and validation processes. This role requires a strong understanding of QA methodologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software.

Shift Structure:

  • Various 8 hour shifts 24/7 operations
  • Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Answering technical support inquiries regarding Slack, Salesforce, Monday.com, G-Suit products such as G-Mail, VPN, TeamViewer and the like
  • Training staff and clients on various Theoria technical Products usage and software
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by senior leadership

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Must hold a Bachelor in Science in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (certified)
  • Must have at least 5 years working experience in customer service and technical support
  • Must have BPO experience for at least 5 years
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented and organized
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Must be fluent in English both writing and comprehension
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Windows and Apple operating system
  • Strong experience working in a fast-paced and changing environment, and strong communication skills to collaborate with the team and drive high adoption of systems and processes.
  • Must be amenable to work on a night shift schedule and holidays

Compensation and Benefits:

  • 50k is reserved for Managers in Training program and those with strong healthcare background
  • 13th Month Pay

  • Monday to Friday
  • Shift system
