Contracts Admin Specialist

Job Purpose:
Responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and overseeing the execution of contracts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Draft letter of Award (LOA), Notice to Proceed, and Contract between two parties.
- Review and ensure that contract terms of reference for the project are complete.
- Review agreed terms and conditions and attend pre-implementation sessions with process owners, contractors, consultants, and service providers.
- Review and finalize Operations Agreements as necessary.
- Review and evaluate contract compliance of the contractor.
- Review, approve, and resolve contracts administration-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of any 4-year business, engineering, or any related course.
- Experience: At least three (3) years' work experience in the related field.
