As our General Accountant:

  1. Deliver a full range of tax compliance within expected timeframe and manage tax provision and tax compliance process.

  2. Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income and other tax returns and processes.

  3. Identify and mitigate tax risks on all government agencies and prepare position paper.

  4. Review financial data, identify transaction processes and maintain tax files and provides updates.

  5. Assist in preparation of the requirements for external audits and prepare reports to support Company plans.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent experience.

  2. Background in General Accounting, Bookkeeping and Auditing.

  3. Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).

  4. Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and international financial reporting standards (IFRS). Strong understanding of tax regulations and filing procedures.

  5. Knowledge in Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) regulations and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) compliance in the Philippines.

  6. CPA is a plus but not required.
