WHAT IS A/AN ACCOUNTANT (BUSINESS ANALYST)?

Our awesome client, a leading company based in AU is looking for professionals to be part of their team.

We are looking for Business Analyst professionals who can help us take our member experience to a new level

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?

We are seeking a highly capable and tech-savvy individual to take on a multi-faceted role. This position involves administering our quoting and workflow system, supporting internal software testing efforts, and serving as a general technical support resource.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable troubleshooting technical issues. Strong investigative skills and the ability to document system processes and issues clearly are key to success in this role.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Stakeholder Management and Documentation Experience
  • Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization
  • Mid-level Business Analyst (BA) background—neither senior nor junior
  • Strong general technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with SAAS platforms
  • Skilled in testing SAAS web applications, including user and acceptance testing
  • Experience in quoting system and resolving back-end issues
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems.
  • Experience with system administration or technical support is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is helpful but not required.
  • Familiarity with browser developer tools for debugging (Chrome DevTools or similar).
  • Ability to document issues clearly and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with quoting or workflow systems.
  • Previous experience in software testing or quality assurance.
  • Familiarity with API calls and database queries (for issue investigation).
  • Previous experience providing IT support in an office environment.
