Job Description
As Digital Designer at HelloConnect, you will be part of a global team of designers. You will be responsible for supporting the design team in creating visually appealing and effective designs that meet the needs of our 6 different brands in 18 markets. Working closely with the senior designers, you will learn and develop design skills, while also having the opportunity to work on your own projects. You will report to the Design Team Lead and Head of Design while collaborating with other key stakeholders across the wider business.

You will help preserve the brands consistency across all printed materials and designs, and across all paid marketing channels. You will also help ensure the consistency of our Corporate Identity. You should be highly creative and able to bring new innovative ideas across the business with your designs. You will have great attention to detail and a passion for maintaining brand consistency. You will contribute to the development of our brand by attracting more customers and increasing customer value through digital designs that are creative, attractive, emotional and strategic enablers. Your work will have an immediate impact on how customers perceive the quality of our products, and your concepts will travel around the world

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and design consistent and effective digital marketing assets (static and video) across multiple markets, brands, and categories of the business.
  • Seamlessly execute resizes, adaptations, and translations across a variety of digital marketing assets.
  • Manage the workflow of incoming requests and execute projects from the conceptual stage to the final product against tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate with global inter-departmental teams including operations, procurement as well as stakeholders in local markets.
  • Uphold global brand identity guidelines and translate them into any creative projects you are working on.
  • Create effective paid marketing assets and campaigns through innovative and creative solutions relevant to existing trends.
  • Offer advice to juniors and share knowledge with colleagues, encouraging others to share and explore their ideas.
  • Maintain high standards and ensure only the best work is released to stakeholders.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, digital design trends and technologies.
About You:
  • BA degree or equivalent required.
  • 4+ years experience at a creative agency or design-led consumer brand.
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma, Midjourney, and other design software.
  • Experience with organizational tools such as Jira, Sprout, Slack, etc.
  • Experience in Digital Design such as but not limited to; social media, paid ads, eDMs, CRMs, reels, etc.
  • A dynamic portfolio that showcases a finely tuned and nuanced aesthetic.
  • Strong in typography, design systems & visual storytelling.
  • Advanced understanding of how to apply the methodologies of interaction design and research to business problems.
  • Conceptual thinking.
  • Strong creative instincts and willingness to push further through experimentation.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Highly collaborative, driven by creative excellence.
  • Organized and adaptable to a fast-paced workflow.
  • Efficient, able to prioritize workload, keep a cool head and work under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize accordingly, set expectations, and meet deadlines.
