Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst I

Position Summary: Supply Chain Business System Analyst I, providing tactical support to Global Supplier Profile Management process and Corporate Supply Chain projects, applications and management.

Required Education / Experience / Skills:

1. Bachelor Degree in Business, Technology or Engineering or equivalent & Certification in Microsoft Power Platform will be added advantage. Required Experience: 3+ Years
2. Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform along with Oracle/SAP exposure desired.
3. Self-motivated and directed, strong customer focused behavior.
4. Strong team player with demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional team to deliver common goals.
5. Demonstrated ability to work with a global team with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Result oriented, hard-working to focus on defined metrics.
7. Demonstrated ability to perform in roles of a change agent and ability to influence and motivate teams.
8. Available for off hour's conference calls & late shifts to ensure engagement with the USA and other countries.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Dedicated supplier system maintenance resource for Corporate Global Supply Chain, Supplier Development but will coordinate with teams across RRX to ensure SMART goals as identified are met.
2. Main responsibility will be for administration of supplier profile system for supplier on-boarding, supplier record and inactivation.
3. Provides gate keeping (Global Supplier Records Assignment) function in reviewing, analyzing, documenting and validating RRX supplier requirements and approvals prior to system set-up and updates.
4. Ensures that supplier set-ups and updates requests are replied back within 48-hrs with accuracy and in compliance with standard.
5. Collaborates directly with BU/Corporate sourcing leads, plant buyers, finance, AP to support various supplier maintenance.
6. Responsible for monitoring, recommending, executing projects that enhances system workflow and developing corporate supplier development projects to streamline global process controls across Regal.
7. Responsible in identifying gaps between areas and provides analysis and recommendations to provide the corporate and business unit processes simplification and efficiency.
8. Utilize problem-solving skills to understand current pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arise.
9. Ensure Microsoft Power Platform installation, administration, and functional support to expand capabilities along with Policy & SOP documentation that are published on RRX intranet / internet pages.
10. Provides weekly functional progress report.
11. Conduct business dealings with the highest level of integrity and regard for legal and environmental issues.

Travel: Limited.

Language: Proficiency in English (Written/Spoken) required & need good business communication & presentation skills.
