Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Production Artist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for customizing wall art pieces using pre-defined templates in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and AI-powered tools. Your main focus will be to produce high-quality, print-ready design outputs by applying photo transformations, editing text elements, and preparing files for production—all while maintaining fast turnaround times and high accuracy.



Key Responsibilities
  • Customize and prepare digital wall art designs using Photoshop, Illustrator, and AI design tools.
  • Apply photo edits, filters, and transformations to match template and customer requirements.
  • Replace or adjust text on existing design templates while maintaining design integrity.
  • Ensure all artwork is formatted correctly and meets print production standards.
  • Maintain quality control across multiple design outputs and meet daily production targets.
  • Collaborate with team leads to ensure consistency and efficiency in design execution.
  • Organize and archive design files as per internal guidelines.


Qualifications
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Strong eye for detail, layout, and typography
  • Ability to meet high-volume daily quotas without compromising quality
  • Comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience using AI design tools (preferred but not required)
  • Previous experience in production, pre-press, or graphic design role is a plus
