Field Specialist | Meter Reader

Key Responsibilities

• On-Site Operations & Technical Execution: Perform inspections, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of specialized equipment and water operations systems on-site.

• Logistics & Material Flow: Manage on-site inventory, track tool/material usage, and coordinate site deliveries to ensure uninterrupted field operations.

• Client Engagement & Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact on-site, providing updates, gathering operational feedback, and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Compliance & Safety: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, industry regulations, and company standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare detailed daily field logs, site reports, incident documentations, and maintenance records.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with project managers, procurement teams, and engineers to resolve technical bottlenecks and resource shortages promptly.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Location: Preferably Bulacan-based or willing to be assigned within the region.

• Industry Knowledge: Basic knowledge in water operations or utility system maintenance is required.

• Driving Skills: Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

• Work Schedule: Flexible to work day and night shifts as operational requirements demand.

• Technical Proficiency: Experience with field diagnostic tools, technical equipment, or inventory systems (e.g., SAP, ERP software).

• Core Competencies: Strong hands-on problem-solving skills, adaptability, and clear communication skills for team and client coordination.
