Client Profile: Established in 1978, this Japan-based enterprise has built a strong reputation in the field of specialty chemical manufacturing. With decades of experience, the company develops and supplies high-performance chemical additives that are used in a wide range of industries, including cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceuticals, and industrial applications.
Position: HR and Admin Manager
Company Industry: Chemical Manufacturing company
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Work Set-up: Onsite
Location: Laguna Technopark Gate 1, City of Santa Rosa, Laguna, Philippines

Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in any related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as HR Manager.
- Knowledgeable on PEZA, DOLE and other regulatory requirements with respect on HR operations
- Amen dable to attend face to face interview.
- Amen dable to work as soon as possible.
Job Responsibilities
- Overseeing hiring, onboarding, and exit processes for employees.
- Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Managing employee relations, performance reviews, and resolving workplace issues
- Administering employee benefits and payroll systems to ensure accuracy and timely disbursement.
