Job Description:
Owns the complete P&L for RCM process.
Provides leadership and focus to the project teams; responsible for the productivity, quality, and overall performance of the projects.
Helps the team in handling and resolving work-related problems, understanding and interpreting issues, and making decisions.
Resource planning: Ensuring optimum utilization of resources/capacity.
Ensures zero revenue shortfall for all projects.
Provides input and support to the sales team/BD in putting together business proposals, RFI, RFQ, etc.
Helps develop collaterals for the AR team and coordinates with the marketing team.
Provides new ideas to the software team to help improve the AR process; helps develop workflow and new products for the AR team.
Learns and implements new client systems; coordinates and organizes training for new joiners as well as for existing team members based on project requirements.
Manages risks/issues and escalates key issues to customers/client service manager.
Interacts with clients, takes feedback, and formulates strategies to meet the client's specific needs and expectations.
Identifies training gaps in the team and develops a plan with the department trainer for retraining sessions.
