Head of Business Development | Talent Acquisition | Sales & Account Management | INTJ-A

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Oversees the department and subordinates to ensure effective completion of their responsibilities.
  2. Establishes work standards, performance measures, goals and objectives.
  3. Assigns deliverables/tasks to subordinates.
  4. Evaluates work performance, tracks and reviews work progress of subordinates.
  5. Provides direction and guidance.
  6. Coaches, counsels and motivates subordinates.
  7. Keeps subordinates abreast of new/revised information, policies, systems and procedures.
  8. Recommends personnel action/movement.
  9. Conducts job orientation and technical trainings.
  10. Identifies and recommends training program/seminar for staff development.
  11. Recommends and implements disciplinary actions as needed.
  12. Develops, implements and manages the company's comprehensive cyber security strategies, policies, procedures and roadmap.
  13. Leads the cyber security team to ensure security of business data, networks and systems, financial assets and clients' information/data.
  14. Manages the development and implementation of security protocols and technologies.
  15. Ensures the compliance of the company with cyber security standards, regulations and industry best practices.
  16. Identifies potential cyber security threats, addresses current risks and responds accordingly to security breaches.
  17. Monitors continuously the evolving cyber threats and makes the necessary actions to adjust the organization's defenses.
  18. Manages and maintains security tools such as firewalls, antivirus software and data encryption to ensure effective protection.
  19. Performs regular security audits, vulnerability assessments and testing to identify and mitigate risks.
  20. Monitors security vulnerabilities and hacking threats.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  1. Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology or another related course.
  2. At least five (5) years of work experience in cyber security, two (2) years of which is in the same capacity.
  3. Has extensive knowledge in network security, infrastructure security, and security operations.
  4. Experienced with regulatory compliance related to cybersecurity and disaster recovery planning.
  5. Proficient in security technologies and tools and has a strong understanding of data privacy regulations.
  6. Has excellent leadership and management skills, decision-making skills, communication skills, critical thinking skills, and project management skills.
  7. Can work well with others; build effective working relationships throughout the organization.
