Position Qualifications:

  1. Licensed Engineer, preferably in the field of mechanical or civil engineering

  2. At least ten (10) years of related work experience, preferably in the hospitality industry, three (3) years of which in managerial capacity

  3. Hands on technical and administrative expertise in managing projects related to electrical, civil, and mechanical engineering

  4. Literacy in computer operations.

  5. Excellent skills in interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.

  6. Exposure in ISO related concepts and practices, an advantage.
