Fresenius Medical Care North America Principal Analyst People Analytics in Taguig City, Philippines

The Principal Analyst, People Analytics will serve as a subject-matter expert of HCM reporting and analytics, leading internal and external reporting & analytics projects and processes. Under the guidance of the Senior Manager, HR Reporting & Analytics, the incumbent will play a key role in supporting Workday reporting & analytics globally, support ad-hoc reporting requests and leading the compilation of global KPIs & Management Board reporting, sustainability reporting, and special projects. The ideal candidate would have deep knowledge and hands-on experience supporting HR reporting (Workday preferred) including working with business users to gather and comprehend business reporting requirements, using best practices in designing reporting solutions, and participating in end user training.

Responsibilities:

  1. Execute Global People Analytics & Reporting strategy specifically related to global sustainability reporting, development of global KPIs & Management Board reporting, and ad-hoc reporting.
  2. Execute global sustainability reporting and analytics (i.e., NFR, ESG, SASB, GRI, S&P Dow Jones Sustainability Index, Bloomberg Gender Equality Index, Corporate Citizenship Survey, Human Rights Corporation Equality Index), adopting new GSRG reporting requirements & restatement policy and advancing project management & automation.
  3. Reporting for Global KPIs by Line of Business (i.e., Cost per FTE, HC/FTE, Turnover, Hires, Net FTE Impact, Management Level 1 / Management Level 2 Gender Balance).
  4. Reporting for Quarterly and Annual Management Board reporting.
  5. Ad-hoc reporting and analytics request processing, consulting with key stakeholders to identify requirements and building solutions that answer business questions.
  6. Develop training materials / quick-start guides for Workday reporting and conduct training sessions for various groups (e.g., HRBPs, COEs, business leaders) to optimize self-service reporting.
  7. Consult with key stakeholders to understand business questions and reporting requirements.
  8. Strong business communication, consulting, and training skills. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
  9. Ensure the status of all requests and fulfillment of approved requests is tracked in an intuitive and transparent manner (e.g., within Jira or Dovetail).
  10. Create project plans and provide level-of-effort estimates for project tasks.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree; Advanced Degree desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. Five to eight years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  3. Extensive experience in HCM reporting, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Proficiency in Tableau, with exposure to MS Access and relational databases. Strong SQL writing and coding skills are preferred.
  5. Experience developing reports and data visualizations using Workday and PeopleSoft reporting tools.
  6. Ability to navigate complex requirements and develop comprehensive reporting solutions.
  7. Exposure to various HR related departments (Human Resources, Compensation, Benefits, Labor Relations, etc.).
  8. Team Lead experience is a plus.
  9. Flexibility to work at night shifts 8/9pm-5/6am.
