We are looking for an experienced MARKETING ASSOCIATE to be assigned at our Head Office in Sta. Ana, Manila.

Job Description:

  • Lead ideation and execution of local marketing activities aligned with overall brand identity and personality.
  • Assist in developing brand messaging, themes and tangible product selling hooks for new and existing products for seasonal and thematic campaigns.
  • Assist in monitoring marketing activities and presenting post-evaluation report as reference for future marketing programs.
  • Assist in managing marketing budget across campaigns/projects, including planning, reporting, and accruals.
  • Assist in managing product portfolio for effective and efficient product offerings.
  • Must be able to interact with senior level executives in a professional manner to ensure plans and programs are executed.
  • Reports directly to the Marketing Manager to determine project plans/schedules.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in a supervisory role is required for this position.
  • Experience in marketing campaign return on investment (ROI) analysis.
  • Candidate must be a self-starter, with above-average communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, highly creative and with a collaborative attitude.
