What you will do as a Sales Support Representative

  1. Receive inbound calls and make outbound calls.
  2. Communicate with homeowners and/or real estate agents via phone and email to discuss their coverage options.
  3. Answer questions regarding the coverage terms and conditions, benefits, and limitations of the home warranty.
  4. Follow up on expiring, expired policies, missed payments, and lapsed renewals.
  5. Assess the needs and preferences of clients to provide customized home warranty renewal solutions.
  6. Assist homeowners in processing new accounts/policies if there is a new property from an existing customer.
  7. Update documents completely and accurately.
  8. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by management.

What ClearSource Needs from You

  1. At least a High School Graduate
  2. At least 1 year of sales experience, particularly outbound cold calling in a call center setting
  3. Above average English communication skills
  4. Expert in multitasking and proficient in handling escalation calls.
  5. Willing to work on-site
