Our client, ReSource Pro, is a 21-year-old leading provider of integrated, innovative operational solutions to US-based insurance organizations, including brokers, managing general agents, carriers, and third-party administrators. Our client, ReSource Pro, supports a wide range of business processes, with a focus on activities requiring deep domain expertise. The Company services its clients through a large and growing base of more than 10,500 employees based in the U.S., China, India, and Serbia with 400+ clients.

Your Role:

As an Assistant Manager, Resource Management (WFM Lead), you will:

  • Growth/Talent Pipeline Model: Collaborate to build the Growth/Talent pipeline model, consulting with line management and providing key inputs. Analyze trends and metrics with stakeholders to develop a growth model, considering all key elements. Track and compare forecasts with actuals, sharing observations with management and performing periodic revisions to align with growth projections.
  • Resource Assignment: Work with Talent Acquisition, Training, and SDU teams to align with business needs. Ensure new hire assignments match business growth and track employee count, assignment buffer, and SDU staff. Provide resource capacity per client needs, updating resource planning as necessary. Confirm capacity, initiate recruitment when needed, and provide weekly updates on recruitment and training. Modify recruitment plans as required.
  • Compensation Model: Map the staffing model to compensation, considering key elements in planning. Analyze compensation trends, calculate average compensation costs, and assess direct margin and other compensation statistics.
  • MIS Reporting: Perform periodic data analysis and generate reports. Develop dashboards and reports aligned with KPIs, effectively communicating with management. Demonstrate strong time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills to meet deadlines.
  • New Hire Performance Tracking: Track and report the performance of new hires assigned to SDU, measuring recruitment process effectiveness. Ensure new hire performance is logged correctly and that PIP policies are followed. Share trainer/trainee profiles and training results with appropriate teams, addressing onboarding discrepancies. Report training status and provide weekly updates on e-learning progress. Assist with training activities as needed.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree.
  • Minimum 10-12 years' experience in Resource/Work Flow Management.
  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas.
  • Willing to work on day shift/shifting depending on business needs.

Preferred skills/expertise:

  • Proven work experience in Resource/Work Flow Management.
  • Analytical and goal-oriented.
  • Demonstrable experience with business analytic tools.
  • Excellent people management skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of Excel functions, sorting of statistics along with other MS Office applications.
