GoTab is looking for highly motivated, technically-savvy spirits to join our team as Customer Support Representatives (CSR). We have built the next disruptive movement in point of sale, app-less mobile ordering and payments for the restaurant industry. As a CSR supporting Australian business hours, you will work with cutting-edge technology in an exciting fast-paced startup environment. You will help support GoTab operators by troubleshooting, solving problems and maintaining excellent relationships. You will help drive GoTab initiatives and support proactive communication with the Operations and Product teams.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide immediate technical and operational support to our customers, teams, and end-users via our phone and chat support
  2. Establish relationships with new and existing customers
  3. Function as a product expert and technical communications resource for partners
  4. Clearly articulate resolutions and ensure thorough follow-up on unresolved issues
  5. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts based on customer feedback regarding product usability and performance
Skills & Requirements:
  1. Strong written and verbal English proficiency for effective communication
  2. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple problems at once
  3. Quick learner who is comfortable working in a startup environment
  4. Excellent communication skills and remote collaboration experience
  5. Desire and aptitude to learn deep technical aspects of the GoTab product
  6. Previous experience working in customer service or hospitality required
  7. Experience with POS (point-of-sale) systems and ticketing systems preferred
  8. Technologically driven mindset including, but not limited to: general understanding of IP addresses, QR code functionality, familiarity with iOS and Android mobile operating systems etc.
