Position : Senior Web Developer
Work Hours (Client) : Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Range : $2,600 - $5,800 / month(varies based on skill set and experience level)
Location of Search : Philippines, India or Eastern Europe
Work Location : Remote

They help clients scale search visibility and revenue through data-driven campaigns and execution. Role Overview
As a Senior Web Developer, you will lead the end-to-end development of complex web applications, architect scalable frontend and backend solutions, and mentor junior team members to ensure engineering excellence and modern technical best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend engineers.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews, implement comprehensive unit and integration tests, and maintain high-quality software documentation.
- Design API integrations and system architectures that adhere to secure coding standards and modern web protocols.
- Lead technical discussions, present architectural proposals, and mentor mid-level and junior developers.
Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, HTML5, and CSS3/Tailwind CSS.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) with clear communication skills across remote teams.
- 5+ years of full-stack or frontend web development experience in production environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Next.js, GraphQL, Docker, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructures such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Vercel.
- Prior experience working in agile, asynchronous remote teams.

- Frontend: React, TypeScript, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3/Sass, Tailwind CSS
- Backend: Node.js, Express, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, PostgreSQL/MongoDB
- DevOps & Tools: Git, Docker, Jest/Cypress, GitHub Actions, AWS/Vercel

Success Metrics
- 30 Days: Onboard successfully, understand existing codebases, and ship initial bug fixes and minor features.
- 60 Days: Independently design and deliver major application modules and participate actively in architectural reviews.
- 90 Days: Drive web performance improvements, set team coding benchmarks, and mentor junior engineering staff.
