Role: Talent Acquisition Associate
Work Schedule: Day Shift - PH Time
Work Setup: Onsite, Makati
Monthly Salary: Up to Php 23,000 + benefits

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Human Resource Management or any four (4) year business course.
  • At least 3 years solid recruitment experience with complex volume recruitment.
  • Data organization and storage knowledge.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work systematically to achieve numerical targets assigned to the role.

Main Responsibilities/ Tasks:

  • Closely interacts/discusses with clients on search progress, exercising independent judgment or decision relative to client's needs and/or queries.
  • Handles and leads multiple end-to-end search assignments:
    o Develop and implement strategies based on clients' needs.
    o Research into competitors and market place.
    o Define job descriptions and document specifications.
    o Identify prospective applicants using a variety of channels.
    o Create an applicant persona (assessment) for each open position.
    o Conduct thorough interviews with potential applicants and exercise independent judgment in making comprehensive assessment/evaluation reports on the endorsed applicants.
    o Present shortlisted applicants.
    o Represent the client and handle the offer negotiation on their behalf.
  • Build long-term client relationships.
  • Research and develop recruiting leads:
    o Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy.
    o Coordinate with external partners to execute recruitment activities (field recruitment and external tie-ups) efficiently and effectively, resulting in a significant increase in the talent pool.
