About the role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at CREDENCE CONSUMER GOODS TRADING. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and impactful designs that support our marketing and communication initiatives. This is a full-time position based in Manila City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop eye-catching and on-brand graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for a variety of marketing materials, including digital and print advertisements, social media content, product packaging, and corporate collateral
  2. Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and translate them into visually compelling designs
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of your work
  4. Ensure all design work adheres to the company's brand guidelines and visual identity
  5. Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  6. Provide design support and guidance to other team members as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a graphic designer in a marketing or advertising agency, or in-house marketing team
  2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  3. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout
  4. Excellent visual problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing designs
  5. Familiarity with various print and digital marketing channels and the ability to create assets optimised for each medium
  6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  7. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
