DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive and process sales orders for beer, CSD, bottled water, commercial bottles, promo items, and raw materials.
Coordinate with haulers by posting logistics schedules, issuing hauling trip tickets, and maintaining communication.
Check and encode delivery receipts, issue monitoring sheets, and prepare job orders or requisition slips when needed.
Verify returned trip tickets, maintain cleanliness of the haulers’ parking area, build good relationships with drivers and haulers, and perform other assigned duties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any four-year degree; BS Computer Science or Information Technology is preferred.
Fresh graduates are welcome; at least one (1) year of related experience is an advantage.
Mathematically inclined and proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Able to work under pressure, multitask effectively, and demonstrate emotional maturity.
