The Content Production Specialist supports the Equity Team in executing brand-aligned content strategies that enhance Condura's presence in the digital space, improve consumer engagement, and strengthen brand loyalty. This role involves digital communications, content production, and consumer experience initiatives, ensuring that Condura's messaging resonates with Filipino consumers.

The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller, digitally savvy, and detail-oriented, capable of translating Condura's brand vision into compelling content across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Digital Communications
    • Assist the Brand Development Manager in executing digital content strategies for brand campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
    • Create engaging and brand-aligned comms for social media, websites, and other online channels.
    • Support in managing social media content calendars, ensuring consistent and timely posting.
    • Monitor and analyze digital content performance, providing insights for optimization.
    • Stay updated on digital trends, identifying opportunities for content innovation.
  2. Content Production
    • Develop social media visuals, short-form videos, and digital marketing materials that align with Condura's brand identity.
    • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and external agencies to produce high-quality multimedia content.
    • Ensure content consistency and alignment with Condura's key brand campaigns.
    • Support product photoshoots, video shoots, and other production-related activities.
    • Manage and organize content assets for easy access and distribution.
  3. Consumer Experience
    • Develop informative and engaging content that enhances the customer experience, such as product guides and FAQs.
    • Work with the customer service team to address common consumer concerns through strategic content.
    • Monitor consumer engagement on digital platforms, identifying trends in consumer behavior and sentiment.
    • Assist in community engagement efforts that drive brand affinity and loyalty.
Job Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related fields.
  • 2-4 years of experience in content creation or digital marketing.
  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and visual content skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok, etc.) and SEO principles.
  • Experience with photo/video editing software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute content strategies effectively.
  • Knowledge of Filipino consumer behavior and digital trends.
  • Excellent coordination and collaboration skills to support Brand Development Manager and cross-functional teams.
