CRM Marketing Specialist

Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced CRM Marketing Specialist to lead our email, SMS, and direct mail channels. You will be responsible for creating cohesive and optimized programs to maximize campaign and customer retention performance, designing and implementing strategies for personalization, segmentation, A/B testing and data analysis. This role will report to our Senior Marketing Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the creation and implementation of cohesive strategies designed to support customer acquisition, retention and increased performance of our CRM channels in partnership with the integrated marketing manager, brand specialists and other internal teams.
  2. Provide weekly / monthly reporting, analysis and recommendations for A/B testing, personalization, segmentation and other strategies leading to increased customer engagement and revenue generation.
  3. Oversee day-to-day CRM campaign workflows, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, strategy implementation, and timely deployment.
  4. Oversee performance review of customer retention programs within our email, SMS, and direct mail channels, ensuring continuous optimization and program growth.
  5. Project management for CRM program updates, maintenance, troubleshooting, and new initiatives.
  6. Responsible for ensuring compliance with technology or legal requirements pertaining to our CRM channels, collaborating with agency and internal partners to make necessary updates within deadlines.
  7. Manage relationship with email, SMS, and direct mail agency partners, ensuring optimization of resources and on-budget, on-time project delivery.

Experience and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
  2. 3-5 years of experience in CRM program management and email marketing
  3. Experience with enterprise level CRM applications - Klaviyo, Attentive, and Dynamic Yield or equivalent
  4. Experience in project management and with project management systems - JIRA, Asana, or equivalent
  5. Self-starter with initiative and the ability to work independently
  6. Excellent interpersonal skills / verbal and written communication skills
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  8. Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills
  9. Strong attention to detail

● Willing to work night shift and in Alabang, Muntinlupa City once work in office resumes
