- Conduct Lexus pre-owned vehicle assessments to determine value and condition.
- Provide support to the Lexus Certified pre-owned team by preparing reports and documentation, and customer negotiation.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to enhance service quality.
- Ensure accurate and efficient administrative processes are followed.
- Utilize analytical skills to present findings and recommendations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in vehicle assessment or administration, experience in automotive is an advantage
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in car assessment and possess automotive knowledge
- Responsibilities and Duties: Experience in sales support and administrative duties
- Knows how to drive
