Meet the team:
The Infrastructure Team is a global organization that supports all critical infrastructure and cloud services with a security and automation first mindset and practice. The team is involved in many projects to improve our capabilities and services offered to the entire company. We lead the way in setting the standards and best practices for running and maintaining such platforms.

Where you come in:

  1. You demonstrate knowledge in systems vulnerability management and system hardening to mitigate Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE).
  2. You are familiar with vulnerability assessment tools (Qualys, Nessus, Splunk) and techniques.
  3. You will administer and specialize in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and Microsoft Intune capabilities to ensure large enterprise systems patch management, distribution, and compliance functions are met.
  4. You have solid experience in managing patch management for enterprise-wide operating systems such as Microsoft and Linux.
  5. You are a self-driven and motivated, tenacious problem solver who will own issues until full resolution.
  6. You have the ability to carry out tasks to a high standard with a strong eye for attention to detail and a thorough approach to your work.
  7. You will develop advanced scripts using PowerShell, Batch, or VBScript for Windows servers to automate software removal or mitigate identified vulnerabilities.
  8. You are familiar with the ServiceNow (SNOW) ticketing system.
  9. You possess sound knowledge in ITIL, IT operations, project methodology, and tools.
  10. You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent judgment, and possess a passion for continuous learning.

What makes you successful:

  1. You prioritize vulnerabilities by determining which ones need to be addressed first.
  2. You identify next steps to address each vulnerability.
  3. You create remediation tickets for IT teams to execute on.
  4. You track remediation to ensure that vulnerabilities are properly addressed.
  5. You collaborate with the Vulnerability Management team to perform scans and report on patch compliance accurately.
  6. You develop reports to demonstrate patch compliance and MECM/Intune client health.
  7. You apply technical knowledge to solve a variety of technological challenges.
  8. You work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure secure, reliable system implementations and upgrades are performed within defined project parameters.
  9. You create and maintain applicable system documentation.
  10. Your consistent and regular attendance, including on-call availability on a rotational basis, is an essential function of this job.
