JOB SUMMARY

Provides beauty treatment service and handles promotion and sales of skincare products, with the objective of meeting individual customer's needs and enhancing Rustan's skincare business.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

A. BEAUTY TREATMENT SERVICE

1. Carries out a personalized beauty evaluation to identify customer's individual needs and to track progress over time

2. Offers specific beauty advice on skincare products and ensures consistent quality beauty treatments

3. Ensures appointment booking procedures are implemented to maximize occupancy and achieve sales targets.

B. PRODUCT PROMOTION

1. Implements promotional activities and sell products to new/existing clients to develop and enhance the business

C. CUSTOMER RELATIONS

1. Makes favorable impressions by interacting with prospects/customers to build effective customer relationships.

2. Addresses customer inquiries and complaints

3. Develops and maintains a customer database to monitor and understand customer preferences and needs.

D. INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

1. Monitors fast-moving/saleable products and coordinates supplies and equipment requisition/replenishment with Sales Manager to ensure treatment rooms are fully stocked.

E. ADMINISTRATIVE

1. Maintains work area and sanitizes all work implements to ensure compliance with establishment standards

2. Secures supplies/equipment/property to prevent pilferage/loss
