Job Description – What You Will Do

As a Call Center Agent, you will assist customers and provide excellent service through phone, chat, or other communication channels. Responsibilities may include:

• Handling customer inquiries regarding products, services, or account concerns
• Providing accurate information and solutions to customer issues
• Assisting customers with troubleshooting, billing inquiries, or service requests
• Maintaining a professional and friendly communication style
• Documenting customer interactions in the system
• Following company guidelines and service standards
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving concerns efficiently
• Paid training will be provided to help you succeed in your role

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School Graduate
• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) accepted
• No BPO Experience required for some accounts
• With BPO Experience is an advantage
• Basic English communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in Lipa City, Batangas
