Job Description

Core Responsibilities:
- Prepare samples and invoices for internal and external customers
- Arrange local or international dispatch of samples
- Manage physical inventory and maintenance of files for raw materials, flavor samples and lab supplies
- Support the application laboratory in any activity and preparations requiring additional help
- Schedule calibration and equipment maintenance
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized lab environment in accordance with EH&S policies
- BS Food Technology or related field
- Experience: Lab Related Experience (preferably food-related exposure), fresh graduates are welcome
- Demonstrates proficiency in using common PC applications (Excel & Word, MS Access)
- Basic knowledge of laboratory safety, laboratory practices (GLPs), good manufacturing practices (GMPs), hygiene and environmental guidelines/ requirements
