Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to align production plans with customer needs and market demands
Schedule of WO per capacity.
Develop and maintain production schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels.
Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
Daily machine / mold troubleshooting. Check whether the machinery and equipment are operating normally at work every day.
Responsible for checking and summary the production daily report of workers.
Responsible for monitoring of work -In -Process (WIP).
Shall monitor the attendance of workers.
Requiring strong planning, problem solving and communication skills and bridge production, procurement and management. Key duties include demand forecasting material release, inventory reconciliation, bottleneck resolution and reporting using ERP system to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
Shall follow and observe the Quality Management Standard System procedure.
Shall perform different assigned task from superior from time to time.
Shall ensure that the area of responsibility maintained 5'S
Shall follow the rules and regulation.
