Responsibilities
  • Plan the coordination activity to truckers based on the Delivery Performance Monitoring, POD Monitoring, Daily Report of Returns and Cancelled Items, and Booking Schedule.
  • Communicate with coordinators of truckers to monitor and follow through status of deliveries to accounts to ensure delivery on or before the required delivery date.
  • Follow through status of PODs from coordinators to ensure timely transmittal.
  • Investigate causes of RUDs rejects/returns upon delivery for timely disposition.
  • Keep accurate and updated records of Delivery Performance Monitoring.
  • Keep accurate and updated records of PODs.
  • Keep accurate and updated records of Daily Report of Returns and Cancelled Items.
  • Assist the transport planner in coordinating with truckers for their booking confirmation.
  • Assist as backup Invoicing Staff or Transport Planner when necessary.
  • Participate during annual wall to wall inventory count.
