IT OJT

Assist IT Desktop Support and IT Specialists with desktop OS installation, hardware setup, troubleshooting, and inventory management during OJT.

Key responsibilities include:

• Installing desktop operating systems.
• Configuring basic desktop settings.
• Installing hardware and peripherals such as a keyboard and a mouse.
• Setting up printers.
• Performing basic desktop troubleshooting.
• Monitoring incidents and requesting tickets.
• Responding to chat support queries as the first level of support.
• Assisting the client with desktop movement as requested.
• Assisting in IT inventory management.
• Performing desktop maintenance.
• Completing additional tasks assigned by the IT Lead or IT Manager.

The company is looking for:

• Graduating students of Bachelor\'s/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Hardworking individuals willing to be trained.
• Ability to render 1800 work hours.
• Memorandum of Agreement from the school.
• Endorsement letter from the school.
• Waiver.
