Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings using SketchUp and other CAD software

  • Prepare blueprints, layouts, and technical plans for construction and solar projects

  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to finalize designs

  • Ensure all drawings comply with local codes, industry standards, and technical specifications

  • Revise drawings based on feedback and site conditions

  • Maintain accurate records and versions of all project drawings

  • Assist in quantity take-offs and basic project cost estimates when needed

Qualifications:

  • Certificate or degree in Drafting Technology, Architecture, or a related field

  • Proficient in SketchUp – Required

  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools is a plus

  • At least 1–2 years of drafting experience in construction or solar energy

  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
