About the Role
We're seeking a data-driven Growth Marketer with cross-channel expertise and Amazon experience with demonstrated measurable success in a DTC-focused role, either at an agency or in-house for a retail brand (preferably fashion or beauty). This role will be key to build sustainable growth for the DTC business. This role reports to the Head of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Paid Advertising
- Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok.
- Monitor performance, adjust budgets, and experiment with creatives for maximum ROI.
- Conversion Rate Optimization
- Design and execute A/B tests for landing pages and user flows.
- Analyze user behavior to identify and resolve conversion bottlenecks.
- Funnel Optimization
- Map and refine the marketing funnel to improve customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and drive traffic, including keyword research, on-page content optimization, and collaboration on technical fixes.
- Ensure SEO efforts align with overall growth goals and track performance to optimize and enhance results continuously.
- Optimize product listings to improve visibility, conversion rates, and ranking.
- Develop, execute, and monitor product display ads, video ads, Amazon-sponsored product ads, and custom headline search ads to drive sales and improve ROI.
- Improve organic ranking for key product listings using effective SEO strategies.
- Identify and implement promotional pricing and product targeting opportunities using coupons, lightning deals, and early reviewer programs to increase sales.
- Experimentation, Data Analysis & Reporting
- Test and implement growth strategies to scale acquisition and retention.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and present actionable insights.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards with multi-channel attribution to visualize and optimize campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing media buying campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Amazon.
- Advanced knowledge of ad tools and platforms, including bid strategies, audience targeting, and creative optimization.
- Proven ability to handle ad budgets with ROI accountability.
- Strong expertise in Amazon Vendor Central and the wholesale model.
- Proficient in Amazon Advertising Console with a focus on listing optimization, PPC, and SEO.
- Experience with Amazon A+ Content, Brand Registry, and Enhanced Brand Content.
- Use A/B testing tools, understand user behavior analysis, and track key metrics like bounce and click-through rates. Apply insights to improve user experience and boost conversions.
- SEO fundamentals like keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical basics such as site speed and mobile performance.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
