What Are Our Wishes

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT.
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Science, or Analytics.
  • 3+ years working with SAP HCM data.
  • Involved in at least 2 SAP HCM implementation projects.
Technical Skills
  • Data modeling and database management.
  • SQL, JavaScript, and Python programming.
  • Proficiency in ETL and data-wrangling concepts.
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, and database tools (Oracle SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
  • Expertise in SAP HCM (Personnel Admin, Org Management, Payroll, and Time Management).

How can you contribute to the team?

SAP HCM Data Consultant shall be responsible for managing and optimizing data within the SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) system and will involve data migration, data governance, and ensuring data quality and integrity across various HCM modules. Data Consultant shall provide data analysis and recommendations that will support the preparation and migration of HR data to the new platform/system.

  • Use data visualization tools for reporting.
  • Build data product roadmaps and provide recommendations.
  • Ensure quality assurance on data pipelines.
  • Collaborate with project managers and technical leads for project completion.
  • Create data dictionaries and entity relationship diagrams and conduct data analysis.
