The Recruitment Specialist shall be responsible for meeting the recruitment needs and performing all recruitment-related functions and activities in the Company. He/she shall be the main point person for all recruitment-related concerns and will help strategize with the rest of the Recruitment team to meet department expectations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Discover new avenues to advertise and source candidates.
  2. Coordinate with external recruitment partners and follow up endorsements to ensure requirements are met.
  3. Produce EOD reports on recruitment-related metrics, needs, and recommendations.
  4. Prescreen and pre-qualify received applications against job requirements.
  5. Record, update, and manage applicant information in the applicant tracking system, ensuring candidate information is complete and accurate.
  6. Provide excellent applicant experience, keeping applicants updated on the progress of their application from acknowledgment of receipt to sending decline/thank you messages.
  7. Conduct thorough applicant interviews to assess culture fit, validate experience, and evaluate behavioral tendencies.
  8. Organize final interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  9. Administer technical tests, record results, follow up on assessment scores, and consolidate interview and test results to produce a final hiring decision.
  10. Prepare job offer documents and present/discuss job offers with candidates.
  11. Conduct background checks and monitor pre-employment medical checks.
  12. Follow up on submission of pre-employment requirements to ensure all documents are complete upon candidate onboarding.
  13. Communicate and work with external partners such as universities, training institutions, organizations, and government agencies to expand sourcing efforts.
  14. Attend and/or organize job fairs and recruitment events when deemed necessary.
  15. Initiate the onboarding process by ensuring all pertinent employee information and documents are uploaded into their employee file and that all required pre-employment procedures have been completed.
  16. Conduct New Employee Orientation when needed.
  17. Other relevant duties may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business-related, or any related course with Human Resources or Industrial concentration.
  2. Experience: 3-5 years of end-to-end recruitment with mass/volume hiring experience, preferably in a BPO setting.
