Human Resource Specialist – Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Offboarding

Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate candidate assessments.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job postings.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

Onboarding:

  • Design and execute onboarding programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization.
  • Prepare orientation materials and conduct onboarding sessions for new employees.
  • Coordinate pre-employment requirements and assist with the completion of necessary paperwork.
  • Serve as a point of contact for new hires, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a positive onboarding experience.

Offboarding:

  • Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, including exit interviews and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements during employee separations.
  • Facilitate the return of company property and handle final compensation matters.
  • Analyze feedback from exit interviews to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Additional HR Support:

  • Assist with other HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, and policy development.
  • Help maintain HR records, databases, and documentation in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously enhance talent management processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Offboarding.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employment law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems is preferred.
