Human Resource Specialist – Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Offboarding

Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate candidate assessments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job postings.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Onboarding:
- Design and execute onboarding programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization.
- Prepare orientation materials and conduct onboarding sessions for new employees.
- Coordinate pre-employment requirements and assist with the completion of necessary paperwork.
- Serve as a point of contact for new hires, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
Offboarding:
- Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, including exit interviews and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements during employee separations.
- Facilitate the return of company property and handle final compensation matters.
- Analyze feedback from exit interviews to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Additional HR Support:
- Assist with other HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, and policy development.
- Help maintain HR records, databases, and documentation in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously enhance talent management processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Offboarding.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employment law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems is preferred.
