Primary Responsibilities:

  • Defines the plan and iterations for the product and communicates it to the scrum teams.
  • Defines the functionality, gathers business rules/requirements in coordination with other teams, e.g., Ancillary, Marketing, Revenue Management, Pricing, Treasury, and IT.
  • Understands customer needs through surveys, complaints, market research, user research, and analytics to improve the digital customer experience.
  • Drives improvements in user experience by working with the UX/UI Team and Product Managers to push digital transformation and adoption.
  • Works with Solutions and Technical Architects, Lead Developers, Scrum Masters, and Project Managers to design and deliver new features and enhancements that improve customer engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3-4 years experience in digital product management or similar.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles; Usability, Product Management, and Design Thinking backgrounds are a plus.

Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
