Store Keeper

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ensure all merchandise is stored under optimal conditions and is ready for issuing.
2. Maintain cleanliness and high hygienic standards in all storage areas.
3. Safeguard stored items by keeping the store locked when unattended.
4. Issue and reorder stock, ensuring no goods leave without proper authorization.
5. Post all in-out movements and bin card updates accurately and timely.
6. Maintain maximum/minimum stock levels for all stored items.
7. Verify daily inventory deliveries.
8. Conduct physical inventories and follow up on purchase requisitions to replenish stocks timely.
9. Prevent loss, spoilage, and breakage by monitoring expiry dates and keeping the store tidy.
10. Manage documentation such as Receiving Records, Reports, and Inventory summaries.
11. Coordinate with the purchasing department on delivery issues.
12. Perform other duties as required.

OTHERS:

1. Engage in continuous learning through own IDP.
2. Perform any additional duties assigned by superiors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High Vocational diploma in Accounting or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience as a storekeeper or in a related hotel function.
• Basic English communication skills.
