Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for channel development and client acquisition for long-term rental apartment SaaS property management software (including listing management, leasing systems, etc.) in target markets.
  2. Drive local market expansion by prospecting clients through LinkedIn, overseas real estate exhibitions, and other channels.
  3. Independently research target customer information and develop precise Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) based on keywords, job roles, industries, and other dimensions.
  4. Conduct sales meetings independently to advance opportunities and close deals.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor\'s degree or above, with mandatory experience in the property leasing industry or real estate, and at least 1 year of B2B software sales experience.
  2. Fluent in the local language and English, with basic proficiency in Mandarin for daily communication.
  3. Proficient in leveraging overseas social media and other platforms for client engagement; prior experience in overseas real estate is a plus.
  4. Strong communication skills, high execution ability, resilience under pressure, and a goal-driven mindset with a willingness to take on challenges.
