Responsibilities- Responsible for channel development and client acquisition for long-term rental apartment SaaS property management software (including listing management, leasing systems, etc.) in target markets.
- Drive local market expansion by prospecting clients through LinkedIn, overseas real estate exhibitions, and other channels.
- Independently research target customer information and develop precise Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) based on keywords, job roles, industries, and other dimensions.
- Conduct sales meetings independently to advance opportunities and close deals.
- Bachelor\'s degree or above, with mandatory experience in the property leasing industry or real estate, and at least 1 year of B2B software sales experience.
- Fluent in the local language and English, with basic proficiency in Mandarin for daily communication.
- Proficient in leveraging overseas social media and other platforms for client engagement; prior experience in overseas real estate is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, high execution ability, resilience under pressure, and a goal-driven mindset with a willingness to take on challenges.
