Job Description
Logistics Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any related field
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in logistics or a related area
- Proficient in POS systems, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets
- Strong background in monitoring, ordering, and delivery operations
- Ability to oversee and respond to branch logistics requirements
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Tagalog
- Proven experience in supervising and managing a logistics team
- Oversee the overall operations of the Logistics Department to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Supervise the movement of all stocks and products, both incoming and outgoing
- Plan, schedule, and monitor deliveries to ensure completeness and on-time arrival
- Coordinate with branch managers regarding stock requirements and inventory levels
- Ensure timely replenishment and proper documentation of all deliveries
- Liaise with technicians and maintenance teams for any branch renovation or repair needs
- Ensure all shop equipment, facilities, and logistics operations are functioning properly and efficiently
- Implement and uphold company standards and procedures in all logistics activities
