Job Description:

  1. Oversee store operations across all regions to ensure they are well-managed and adhere to the company's concept.
  2. Responsible for sales performance, including sales achievement, growth, and profit and loss for each region and store.
  3. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales and all KPIs.
  4. Motivate and engage staff, ensuring they represent and embrace company values and understand company goals.
  5. Ensure the preparation and coordination of store openings, closings, bazaars, relocations, renovations, and concept changes, working with landlords and contractors.
  6. Ensure promotional activities in stores are executed according to the concept.
  7. Explore store expansion opportunities and work with Business Development to identify new locations.
  8. Monitor and control inventory levels, coordinating with the Merchandise team for any stock-related issues.
  9. Coordinate with relevant departments to address any store-related issues.

Requirements:

  1. Preferably a bachelor's or master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  2. At least 5 years of experience as an operations manager in the retail industry.
  3. Excellent knowledge of retail operations, people management, human resources, and labor law.
  4. Strong leadership, conflict management, sales/customer orientation, interpersonal skills, and negotiation abilities.
  5. Fluent in English, both oral and written.
  6. Advanced proficiency with analytics tools, particularly Microsoft Office.
  7. Willingness to work a flexible schedule and be mobile.
  8. Willingness to travel frequently across cities.
