DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure SLA are achieved and user’s expectations are met.
Review, assess and evaluate all Request for Changes (RFC).
Responsible for the implementation of change requests.
Assess and implement parameter changes in accordance with the established matrix.
Effectively manage projects within the limitations of scope, budget, time and risk.
Ensure that systems are developed based on the functional specifications.
Ensure that systemdocumentation including technical specificationsare updated and complete.
Ensure that project deliverables are submitted per defined milestones.
Ensure that program version is maintained and up to date.
Ensure latest version of critical records are backed up in NASSVR
Perform duties and responsibilities required under the latest manual of operations pertaining to the position
Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
Education Graduate of any four (4) year degree Information Technology course or any Management, Economics, Accountancy or any Business-related courses.
Experience Minimum of 2 years-experience as Project Manager
Other Skills
Technology savvy and having hands-on experience in the latest technology
Highly knowledgeable in project management methodologies
Hands on experience with complex project management
Must possess planning and organizing skills and be able to work under deadlines
Exceptional computer skills with specific knowledge of Windows-based applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
