Planningthe overall program, monitoring the progress, and managing the budget, ensuringprogress against important milestones where consistent and coordinatedimplementation is required
- 15+years of relevant experience
- Over8 years of experience in IT development and/or solution delivery for financialservices
- Experiencedin implementing Cash Management solution/s in financial institutions
- Deeptechnology background with good understanding of SW and Vendor landscapes
- Project management skills aroundplanning, risk management and issue management
- Strong written and spoken communicationskills
- Strong leadership skills and experiencemanaging cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation,and stakeholder management skills
- Act as the primary liaisonbetween IT, business units, executive management, and external vendors. Ensureclear communication, manage expectations, and build strong relationships
- Experienced in implementingLoan Origination Loan Management in financial institutions
- Identify and monitor risksand issues risks associated with the program and taking corrective measuresincluding working with teams to develop solution options
- Provide comprehensivereports on program progress, challenges, and achievements to senior managementand other key stakeholders as well as to governance forums
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solvingskills and attention to detail
Have led a team of minimum 5 composed ofdevelopers/analyst/project and/or delivery managers leading to a successfuldeployment of projects of more than 6 months’ duration
Facilitate training andchange management activities to ensure smooth adoption of the new core bankingsystem by all users
