CMM Technician

Operate CMM equipment to perform dimensional inspection of parts and components.

Create, modify, and execute CMM inspection programs using applicable software.

Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, specifications, and inspection requirements.

Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections.

Verify critical dimensions, geometric tolerances, and other product characteristics.

Analyze CMM measurement results and prepare inspection reports.

Identify nonconforming parts and coordinate with Quality and Production teams for proper disposition.

Maintain and calibrate CMM equipment in accordance with established procedures.

Ensure proper handling and care of measuring equipment and inspection fixtures.

Support troubleshooting of measurement discrepancies and inspection issues.

Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.

Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams regarding measurement requirements.

Follow company safety, quality, and environmental procedures.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
